Interfererometric characterization of imaging surfaces in the reflection domain

F. J. Duarte

Abstract

Reflection imaging surfaces are characterized using illumination from an extremely elongated Gaussian beam and CCD detection. The measurement principle is derived from that used in a generalized N-slit transmission interferometer.
